The Sood Charity Foundation realized that the recent oxygen shortage had to be dealt with at its source. Therefore, we have undertaken the campaign of building oxygen plants in different parts of the country. Our efforts are taken to prevent another oxygen-related crisis, which devastated many, and guarantee that every life has access to essential medical treatment. 

We will be arranging for the establishment of 18 oxygen plants in several states. The campaign is looking to address the oxygen requirements of approximately 5,500 beds. The initial facilities would be set up in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Moreover, these plants would be looking to coordinate with medical facilities that provide free treatment to underprivileged people.

• online Coaching for preparation of UPSC/CSE IAS exam will be provided to the selected / shortlisted students.
• An online test shall be conducted for selection of the eligibility.
• Submitting your entry does not guarantee your selection for Sambhavam 2024-25
• SCF & DIYA will shortlist the candidates as per their own discretion and selection process.
• Selected candidates give SCF & DIYA absolute and complete right to use/publish their name, photograph, results, progress report on any media form – digital or offline.

• Non-Refundable Registration Fees of Rs. 60/- (Fee 51+ GST 9) is being charged by DIYA for the registration & selection process.
• No claim in any form whatsoever shall be claimed by any selected candidate or their family member/relative on SCF, DIYA, their Board Members, Committee Members during, before or after the commencement of the program.
• Candidates are required to visit related websites and check your email (including spam folder) regularly for important updates.
• Selected students will be allocated seats for online classes by SCF & DIYA at Sambhavam IAS. No requests from students/aspirants will be entertained for choice of institute.
• All decisions by SCF & DIYA in the entire program shall be final and binding.
• No correspondence is guaranteed to any candidate filling up the form.
• Selection of a student does not entitle any right to them whatsoever in any kind. The program offers Online Coaching to eligible students only. No requests for anything apart from this shall be entertained in absolute or in kind.
• Economically weak and underprivileged, but deserving candidates shall be preferred.
• Any dispute/of any kind shall be subject to jurisdiction at Mumbai Courts in case of SCF, Delhi in case of DIYA.
